I need to plan a lesson on 'Human Migration' to teach the class. This topic is from B3 GCSE.

a- The effect of the Ice Age

MOST:
Demonstrate and understanding of why mitochondrial DNA may be more useful than nuclear DNA by tracking human migration and evolution, including:
a- Mitochondrial DNA is less likely o have degraded over time.
b- Mitochondrial DNA is more abundant
SOME:
Describe why mitochondrial DNA provides evidence for the African Eve theory for non-Africans including:
a- Its inheritance down the family line
b- Its high mutation rate
MY LESSON NEEDS TO HELP THE STUDENTS UNDERSTAND ABOUT HUMAN MIGRATION. I NEED HELP ON MAKING A MAIN ACTIVITY FOR THE STUDENTS TO DO AND A PLENARY.
