first equation
y - x/2 = 5
2 y - x = 10

second equation
-x + y/5 = -13
y - 5x = -65
2 y - 10 x = -130

so two equations

2 y - x = 10
2 y - 10 x = -130
--------------------subtract
9 x = 140
x = 15.56
y = 5 + x/2 = 12.78
