Hydrolysis of the NH4^+.
NH4^+ + HOH ==> NH3 + H3O^+
Ka = Kw/Kb = (NH3)(H3O^+)/(NH4^+)
(NH3) = x
(H3O^+) = x
(NH4^+) = 0.1 - x
Solve for x and convert to pH.
