This is a tough question, and I've been thinking about it for the last half hour or so.
First, you need to define "place" and "there." Is it another country? Another city? Another neighborhood? Another house?
In general, a person should understand the language, religion, customs and values of the people around him/her.
Hi, i really need help with these questions i kept trying to think and think but i keep getting confuse.
What must people know or understand about a place in order to belong
there?
How do they gain that knowledge or understanding?
What types of experiences can tell people that they do not belong?
In what cases might a person draw conclusions about others based on the place to which they belong?

1. They must know, how to follow the rules and laws (others mentioned) and where to drive, you need to understand the community you are living in.
