dy/dx = 2 x
so -1/slope = -1/2x = -1/4
y = -x/4 + b
9 = -1/2 + b
b = 9.5
y = -x/4 + 9.5
4 y = -x + 38
so -1/slope = -1/2x = -1/4
y = -x/4 + b
9 = -1/2 + b
b = 9.5
y = -x/4 + 9.5
4 y = -x + 38
