A tank is 1/4 filled of water.when 90 liters of water are pumped into it the tank becomes 3/4 full.how much water in liters does the tank hold?

Let the capacity of the tank be x L

(1/4)x + 90 = (3/4)x
times 4
x + 360 = 3x
2x = 360
x = 180
