Draw a right-angled triangle DAC, AC as a base line
Let CD be the height of the building.
Let B be a point between A and C, so that AB = 230
angle A = 28°
angle DBC = 43°
Look at triangle ABD,
you know angle A = 28, angle ABD = 180-43 = 137
angle ADB = 15°
you can use the Sine Law to find BD
BD/sin28 = 230/sin15
