69 is not a fraction.

d = n+4
(n+1)/(d+1) = 4/5
(n+1)/(n+4+1) = 4/5
(n+1)/(n+5) = 4/5
5(n+1) = 4(n+5)
5n+5 = 4n+20
n = 15

The fraction was 15/19
