remember the difference of cubes, and you see that you have
(2x)^3 - (10y^2)^3
(2x-10y)((2x)^2+(2x)(10y^2)+(10y^2)^2)
= 2(x-5y)(4x^2+20xy^2+100y^4)
= 8(x-5y)(x^2+5xy^2+25y^2)
(2x)^3 - (10y^2)^3
(2x-10y)((2x)^2+(2x)(10y^2)+(10y^2)^2)
= 2(x-5y)(4x^2+20xy^2+100y^4)
= 8(x-5y)(x^2+5xy^2+25y^2)
