When treating a patients physicians use an isotonic means that this solution will have the same osmotic pressure as the body fluid
such as blood. how many grams of glucose (C6H12O6) is in 100.0 g of H2O in the isotonic glucose solution (5.00% m/m)?

I don't think this is exactly an isotonic solution but the answer to your question is that a 5.00 (mass/mass) solution of glucose contains 5.00 g glucose/100 g solution.
Note:
I don't know the density and it may be that the density of the solution may correct it to be isotonic with blood.
