The recipe for chocolate chip cookies calls for 2 2/3 cups of flour, the recipe for peanut butter coolies calls for 2.75 cups, the recipe for ginger snaps calls for 5/2 cups. If francis wants to use as little flour as possible, which cookie whould he make? explain your reasoing
