1.25 L + .75 s = 109.75
L + s = 105 so s = (105-L)
so
1.25 L + .75 (105-L) = 109.75
L + s = 105 so s = (105-L)
so
1.25 L + .75 (105-L) = 109.75

So can this question only be answered because we have the 4 multiple choice answers and we can test for each? Or is there a way to figure it out without having the answer?
