I disagree. Exercise that results in strength begins at birth.
I knew a six-month-old boy who had lived in an orphanage until then. His arms and legs were strong, but his back and neck muscles were weak. When he was picked up, his head had to be supported just as though he were a few months younger. At six months he came to live in an American home and quickly his back and neck muscles strengthened as he was allowed to move around outside a baby crib.
