This question has convoluted wording. Your answer is wrong. Reread the question.
If your question is which one is renewable, then it is corn.
Is the answer C?
Well, non-renewable resources are fossil fuels. However, this question is basically saying which one is "not" a fossil fuel.

Fossil fuels are:

"Fossil fuels are fuels formed by natural processes such as anaerobic decomposition of buried dead organisms. The age of the organisms and their resulting fossil fuels is typically millions of years, and sometimes exceeds 650 million years."
~Wiki-pedia

"Fossil fuels are hydrocarbons, primarily coal, fuel oil or natural gas, formed from the remains of dead plants and animals."
~Science-Daily

The second quote says a lot. So, A and D are out for sure. Gasoline is also a fossil fuel. I also think B is not the answer based off of the quotes. So yes, C is the answer.

I hope this helps! :)
