Illegal behavior for juveniles include:

*not attending school
*staying out after curfew
*driving a car before being old enough to get a drivers' license
*running away from home
*drinking alcohol while being underage
* having sex with an underaged person

Except for the last, none of the others is illegal for an adult.

I guess most of us were juvenile delinquents.
