I do not understand this. Can you please explain it to me and how I am suppose to get the answer?

Find the probability that a data value picked at random from a normally distributed population will have a standard score that corresponds to the following:
Less than 3.00

Find table in the back of your statistics text labeled something like "areas under normal distribution" to find the proportion/probability related to the Z score of < 3.
