B. It is not anatomically correct.

D is for sure not the answer.

I don't think it would be B, especially if the origami shrimp has a lot of details of an actual shrimp.

Honestly, I think C is the best answer besides B.

I say go with what you think is the answer. Since the picture is not here, we can't really decide if B works.
