Factors:

15 = 1, 3, 5, 15
30 = 1, 2, 3, 10, 15

15/15 = 1
30/15 = 2

Honestly, I would go with A. The perimeter is twice the number of 15 together. So, the perimeter of triangle B is 15 m bigger than the perimeter of triangle A.
