Hello. I'll be grateful for your help with the sentence structure.
Which is correct (or better):
1) Everybody can see this country perpetrating lawlessness.
2) Everybody can see that this country is perpetrating lawlessness.

2 is better than 1. (The first sentence has too many omitted words that the reader is expected to assume.)
