5/5 - 2/5 = 3/5
3/5x = 18
x = 18/(3/5)
x = 18 * (5/3)
x = 90/3 = 30
2/5 * 30 = 60/5 = 12 stamps she gave Susan

Hello Sue, why does the fraction change to 5/3 from 3/4 and why does the calculation change / to * ?
