yes, with the emphasis on "suitable". I have never like dress codes, but without them, you would not believe what kids can wear to HSchool. I find it ridiculous codes have to tell the kids that pants have to be at the waist, and not hanging down below the buttocks. UGH. Suitable is the key word.
