c is correct. Now just find A using

sin A = a/c = 13/31.780
once you have A, recall that A+B=90°

No, you want the angle whose sine is .409

Since sin(30°) is 0.5, your angle will be somewhat less than that. Use your calculator. There is probably a 2nd function button, then hit sin. Check whether it is in degrees or radians mode.
