f'(x) = 4x^3-40x
f'(-1) = -4+40 = 36
f(-1) = 45
so the line is
y-45 = 36(x+1)
f'(-1) = -4+40 = 36
f(-1) = 45
so the line is
y-45 = 36(x+1)
