I don't feel that teachers should have the authority to remove disruptive students permanently from their classes.

In small schools, there may not be an alternative classroom for students.

It's not fair to the students to have such authority vested in one person. A personality conflict may be part of the cause of such disruptions.

All such decisions should be made by the administration in conjunction with the teacher, counselor, and parents. It's the responsibility of schools to educate all students. If a student continually disrupts several classes, the administration and school board have the responsibility to find alternative solutions.
