pick any pair to find the "slope"
I took the first two pairs
slope = (1840-1000)/60-40) = 42
so using the 1st point:
e-1000 = 42(t-40)
e - 1000 = 42t - 1680
42t - e = 680
or
e = 42t - 680
all "points" satisfy my equation
