C6H12O6 ==> 2C2H5OH + 2CO2 (not balanced)

8 mols fructose should give 16 mols ethanol and that x 46 = 736 g ethanol for the theoretical yield.
Technically, I think the yield is 320 g. You may be looking for the percent yield is (320/736)*100 = ?
