I assume you know the difference between 0.856 m and 0.856 M. Is this really m or should it be M?

That makes it easier.
Use mL1 x M1 = mL2 x M2
385*0856 = mL2 x 4.93
Solve for mL2.

Directions then would be, measure out mL2 volume of 4.93M solution and add enough water to make 385 mL. The final solution will be 0.856 M.
