The Premack princciple suggets that

A. reinforcement is highly frustrating the dog

B. A more desirable activity can serve as a reinforcer for aless desirable activity

C reinforcement isn't dependent on the dog motivational state

D. dogs percevive reinforcing events as rewards


I know that it menas of any two responses, the one that's more likely to occur can be used to reinforce the respone that's less liley to occur

So I think the answer is B
