In order to figure out which one equals 199, use PEMDAS to figure out the answer to each one. Then, hopefully you'll know which one equals 199 after you use PEMDAS.
I hope this helps! :)
P.S. I am not giving the answer until you try it on your own.

PEMDAS
1) P - Parentheses
2) E - Exponents
3) MD - Multiplication and Division (Left to Right)
4) AS - Addition and Subtraction (left to Right)
So, in each option, you do multiplication first, addition next, and then subtraction.
I hope this helps you understand!
