Find the slope
5x+2y=20

I don't get what the formula is

The slope of Ax+By=C is -A/B

This is because you can rearrange things, as in your case, to

5x+2y = 20
2y = -5x + 20
y = -5/2 x + 10

This is the slope-intercept form, and you can easily see that the slope is -5/2.
