I was curious about "gen 300" -- so Googled it. Here's the University of Phoenix description of this class:
"Skills for Professional Development (GEN 300)
Description: This course is designed to provide core competencies that facilitate the transition of adult learners back into the formal educational setting."
This looks like a class that will benefit you, assuming you read the text materials and do the work. Since you're paying almost $1500 for this class, I assume you're motivated to get as much from this class as possible.
We'll be glad to HELP you once you've posted your answers along with the name of the article and its author.

Calling a team a team doesn't mean it is: successful teamwork must be a way of life. (teambuilding). Jim Temme and Jeanine Katzel. Plant Engineering 49.nl (Jan 9, 1995): p.p112(2). (1345 words) From General Onefile.
Here's a link to the article.

The paragraph on Goals and Objectives:
"Goals and Objectives. A team is not a team unless the members have a common purpose. Goals are the glue that hold a team together. One common mistake of teambuilding is to assemble a group of people, call them a team, then give them nothing to do or have them continue to do the same things they did before they were called a team. Another common mistake is for the team leader or department director to decide what the team's goals are. Team members must be actively involved in their outcomes."
I'd summarize this paragraph by saying:
A team must work together to decide on its specific purposes.
I'll be glad to comment on your summaries of the other two points.

Where are YOUR summaries?
Sorry new to this site my sister showed it to me. It ask us to paraphrase one of the main concepts presented in the article. Provide an example of a direct quote from the article and to provide five additional sources from the uop library in a apa reference page
Please keep in mind, as Ms. Sue has already said, that we are not here to do your work for you, but to point you in good directions and to give you feedback -- but YOU must do the initial work, such as reading and paraphrasing or whatever the assignment asks you to do.
Please repost when you have done the paraphrasing, included a direct quotation, etc. If you are unsure about how to paraphrase and quote, here is an excellent page with examples. Read the instructions and the original under Some More Examples, and then read Version D:

And here is a good place to find out how to format and make references and citations in APA format:
