Start from 110 feet away, a person on a scooter rides towards a checkpoint and then passes it. At what times is the scooter 40 feet away from the checkpoint?

How did that name get on my post? It is traveling at 30 ft per second and I used d=(110-30 ft) I formulated the start point at 2.3 seconds I'm just not sure of the duration or ending time.
