F = m a = change in momentum/change in time
(again)
if there is no change in velocity there is no change in momentum and the net force on the bottle is zero so the forces are "balanced".
Answered by Coleson
I thought it was moving in a direction so some net force is acting on it to move it

NO No NOOOO !!!!!!
constant velocity is NO FORCE
very, very important

Force = mass * ACCELERATION
not velocity but CHANGE in velocity/time
