this is just the other problem in reverse. Why not give it a shot? You know that the period of sin(kx) is 2π/k...
Also, period = 1/frequency

Ohh, I see. So, you would multiply 2 x pi x 3 or x 0.004? What is k equal to?

I know we multiply 2pi times coefficient. In this case, I guess I am asking what that is.

I think I got the answer. I did 1/0.004 and got 250 hz.
