fresh water is about 1 kg/Liter
so m g h/t = 9000 kg * 9.81 * 70/3600 seconds
= 1717 Watts done
= 1717 Joules/second * 3600 seconds/hr = 6,180,300 Joules/hour
= 1717Joules/second*60 s/min = 103,020 Joules/min
