Raul is x years old now, and Phil is 8 years older than Raul. In 2 years, Phil will be exactly twice as old as Raul is then. How old is Raul now?

If Raul is 8 and Phil is 8 years older, than Phil is now 16.

In 2 years, Raul will be 10 and Phil will be 18. OOps! That doesn't work.

If Raul is 6, then Phil is 14
