I was told to write a Manuscript on an article. How exactly do I write this thing? how do i get started? Can someone please provide me with an example.

Read the article. What did it say? What was it point of view? Was the author complete in the analysis? What needs to be done? How did it make you feel?

So in the paper, describe the article, answer the above questions...

so should i make a title page?
