if 5.105 gm of KHP (Mwt=204.2)was dissolved in 250 ml,10.70 ml of this solution of KHP was titrated with 10.0 ml of NaOH . Calculate the concentration of NaOH solution

mols KHP = grams/molar mass = ?
For titration you took only 10.70 mL of a 250 mL solution so the number of mols titrated was just ?mols x 10.70/250 = x
Looking at the coefficients in the balanced equation and you can see 1 mol KHP = 1 mol NaOH; therefore
mols NaOH = mols KHP from the previous calculation (x that is).
Then M NaOH = mols NaOH/L NaOH. YOu know mols and L, solve for M.
