Ratio of the radius of the cylinder to the cone is 1:2 assume their height are the same find the ration of their volumes.

The cone has radius 2r

So, the ratio of volumes is

(πr^2h)/(π(2r)^2h/3)
= (πr^2h)/(4πr^2h/3)
= 3/4
