I found the # of moles for CuCl2 is 0.074 and for NH4OH is 0.429, and since its a ratio of 1:2 isn't CuCl2 the limiting and NH4OH the excess?

CuCl2 + 2NH4OH = Cu(OH)2 + 2NH4Cl
0.074...........0.429.........
0.074 x (2NH4OH/1 CuCl2) = 0.146
Yes, CuCl2 is the LR AND NH4OH is the ER.
