speed of plane --- x
speed of wind ---- y

3927/(x+y ) = 7 ---> 7x + 7y = 3927
3437/(x-y) = 7 ----> 7x - 7y = 3437
add them
14x = 7364
x = 526
then
but subbing in x - 526 into either equation
y = 34
