Does it have any other units in the question as you do not have enough variables to find the final velocity

Ok here are your variables
a= 4.4m/s²
Vi= 6.12 m/s
T= 4.6s
You can plug this information into the equation
V= Vi + at
V= 6.12m/s + (4.4m/s²)(4.6s)
This will give you final velocity.
