There's plenty of form, so I wouldn't say it's B.
I'd say A because there seems to be mostly green and blue with a smidge of white and yellow.

Sorry. Art is interpretation in the eyes of whoever looks at it. Telling someone this is right and that is wrong regarding art and poetry is really awful, in my opinion.
