Steve
start with point-slope form:
y+3 = -2(x+1)
Now just rearrange terms to the form you want.
y+3 = -2(x+1)
Now just rearrange terms to the form you want.
Troll
y+3 = -2(x+1)
so
y = -2x-5
so
y = -2x-5
