Nice table, but you just need to understand the definition of the trig functions. In this case,
h/19 = sin 42º
h = 19*.6691 = 12.71
You should have immediately seen that your answer is wrong, because the ladder is only 19 feet long. How could it possibly reach 21 feet up the tree?
