Yes. I'd prefer to include migration rather than life expectancy.

This is wrong. Answers D and E are correct, but the life expectancy wouldn't be necessary as you would get a judgement of that from the birth and death rate. It is kind of like a double count. Where as an answer like migration that affects how many people are moving into that country will affect the growth of population for that area.
