can someone give me a site that tells me the order of the courts in a state?
I don't want to say the state but if needed I will (not sure if each state is different)
My teacher isn't clear and thinks that the whole class took law..
divisions
civil
apella division
high court of appeals?
supreme court
I think I'm missing something and the problem is the order.
Thank you.

It depends upon the state. See this website for a state by state list
