if a rectangle has a perimeter of 65 and the ratio is 2:5 what is the perimeter of the smaller rectangle?

Perimeters are in the same ratios as the sides. You are unclear which rectangle is which, but I am assuming the larger one has perimeter 65, so the smaller one has perimeter
