Which blood cell is able to reproduce inside the circulatory system and why?

All blood cells, red and white, are produced in the bone marrow. Except in the growing foetus, where they are produced in the spleen and liver. Circulating blood cells do not divide, since they are mature, only very early cells, like stem cells divide. These are situated in the bone marrow.
