2x-5y=13, 5x-3y= -15 can anyone show me how to find out the value of x , y please,thanks

I would use elimination here

1st times 3 ---> 6x - 15y = 39
2nd times 5 --> 25x - 15y = -75
subtract them:
-19x = 114
x = -6

back into 1st
-12 - 5y = 13
-5y = 25
y = -5

x = -6 , y = -5
